Neetesh Gupta: Thank you for having me! My journey began at Flipkart, which was an incredible starting point. I joined as a Vendor Consultant, diving deep into the world of online retail. My role was to handle seller onboarding and marketplace sourcing, which was both challenging and exhilarating. It taught me the importance of agility and attention to detail, which were crucial as I moved forward in my career.
Indian Press Daily: From Flipkart, you transitioned to Nextdoorhub aka Unizap (Senrysa Technology). What were some of the key achievements during your time there?
Neetesh Gupta: At Nextdoorhub aka Unizap (Senrysa Technology), I served as the Senior Manager for Omni-channel and Marketplace. This role allowed me to lead category growth and streamline operations. One of my significant achievements was driving the strategic vision that significantly improved operational efficiency. It was a pivotal moment in my career, solidifying my role in the e-commerce space.
Indian Press Daily: Your next role was with AJIO.com. How did you navigate this position, and what impact did you have?
Neetesh Gupta: Joining AJIO.com as a Cluster Manager was an exciting chapter. I was responsible for market entry strategies and expanding our seller network. My focus on pricing optimization and market expansion helped us achieve substantial growth. This role was about turning challenges into opportunities, and I’m proud of the operational efficiencies we achieved.
Indian Press Daily: Moving on to your role at India Today, how did you contribute to their e-commerce strategy?
Neetesh Gupta: At India Today, I took on the role of Business Head of E-commerce. My main responsibilities included supporting the development of long-term strategies and enhancing operational effectiveness. By assessing market trends and identifying new opportunities, I was able to guide senior executive decisions and contribute to the overall growth of the e-commerce segment.

Neetesh Gupta: At Dynacart, my role as Vice President was both challenging and rewarding. I led cross-functional teams and was instrumental in achieving a remarkable 130% YoY revenue growth.
